Recipe with Patata Bona


POTATOES "A LO POBRE" (POOR POTATOES)

Preparation: 15 min.
Cooking time: 20 min.
For four people.

Ingredient: ¼ kg (½ lb) potatoes; 3 table spoons of olive oil; two cloves of garlic; salt and parsley.

1. Peel, clean the potatoes and dry them with a cloth; cut them into thin slices. Chop the parsley and crush of finely chop the garlic.

2. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the sliced potatoes with a little salt. Cover and allow to cook, turning occasionally.

3. Half way through cooking add the chopped garlic and parsley and stir gently.

4. Serve as an accompaniment to your favourite fish or meat. Potatoes "A Lo Pobre" are particularly delicious with steak or chops.
